Job Description 職位描述：

1. To reinforce market development for Factory Automation Segment 加強工廠自動化業務的市場開發
2. To work with division/System Lab in fine-tuning and debugging regional customer requirements 與相關部門或團隊合作，對客戶要求進行校準
3. Dedicated Marketing development pushed for Factory Automation 負責推動工廠自動化業務的營銷發展
4. Co-work with customer from design stage to production to resolve any technical issues. 從設計到生產階段與客戶一起解決技術問題
5. Impart technical knowledge by promotion and technical trainings 通過營銷和技術培訓傳授技術知識
6. Coordinate application issues together with the regional technical marketing and Sales teams 與技術類銷售團隊一起協調解決應用問題
7. Manage the Factory Automation team as an evolution of the job 管理本業務的團隊
8. To maximize designs-ins of the whole product portfolio. To understand and anticipate the markets needs taking competition into account in order to define short to long-term strategy. To look for new customers and new markets to increase the sales of ST products. 實現ST產品組合在Design-in階段的最大化；了解和預測市場需要；尋找新客戶和新市場，以提升ST產品的銷量

1. FW Skills and knowledge in Industrial Communication protocol like IO-link and KNX 具備FW技術和工業通信協議的知識，如IO-link和KNX
2. Work Experience in Automation is a plus 有自動化領域工作經驗優先考慮
3. English skills in both writing and speaking 英語流利
4. Technical background is a must 具備技術背景
